Shipping information

PACKAGING AND DELIVERY

All of our packages are shipped discreetly from the Durban warehouse or the store in Cape Town in plain gold gift wrap with no mention of Wonder Womxn anywhere (not on the courier bag, not on the waybill, not on the packaging). No one will know unless you tell them.

Orders over R750 will receive free delivery within South Africa. All orders under R750 will incur a flat shipping fee of R120. There’s more bang for your buck by adding something extra to your cart to qualify for free delivery.

Your package will always be delivered on a business day (Monday to Friday).

We are currently shipping with courier companies. Do let us know if Pargo or DSV Locker would be your preference as we’ll be happy to look into it as an option.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?   

Orders ship within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery can be as quick as overnight for main centres and two days for regional but do allow for up to 4 days. We work with urgency and sometimes life happens. Once your order ships, I’ll send you an email confirmation. Feel welcome to chat to me on 072 623 3266 with your particular shipping query.

Undeliverable & Lost Packages

If your order is returned to us as undeliverable due to an error on your part, (such as an incorrect address, missing street number, nobody available to receive the package, etc.) we will attempt to reach you once the package has been returned. Undeliverable or refused packages that are returned to us still sealed with the original shipping tape, with the contents intact and in a resalable condition will be refunded (excluding shipping fees). If the delivery problem is determined to be due to an error on the part of Wonder Womxn, we will replace or refund the order at our discretion.

Wonder Womxn is not responsible for lost/stolen packages with a confirmed delivery status from the carrier. If your package is lost before delivery, please let us know as soon as possible. If the package is not delivered, we’ll contact the courier to investigate. Pending the results of the investigation, we will replace your order.

Re-routing a Package

If for some reason you need to re-route your package to a different destination than what was used during order placement there may be an additional fee on top of shipping charges already billed. To re-route your package, contact us as soon as possible, we will try our best to accommodate your request.
