Return and Refund Policy


Given the nature of intimate products, we can only accept returns or refunds of items still in the sealed courier bag within 7 (seven) days of receipt. There is a 10% handling fee to cover bank fees incurred and administration tasks.

I do this for the safety and care of all our customers, so please select your items carefully. Please feel welcome to call me on 072 623 3266 to discuss your choice. Once the seven (7) days have passed or the package has been opened unfortunately the item can’t be returned or exchanged even if you choose the wrong size or colour. 

Most products sold on Wonder Womxn have a one year warranty. See your specific product as some brands offer extended-length warranties. If your product is covered and becomes defective within the first year (12 months) after purchase please call me to discuss and troubleshoot it together.

If troubleshooting fails, then you’ll need to send it back to Wonder Womxn to go through the inspection process. The product needs to come back in the original packaging with the invoice as proof of ownership.

The inspection and testing process is handled by the supplier and may take several days to complete. Although we all do our best to make the process as quick as possible.

A repair or replacement of your product will take place once the supplier has determined that no deliberate misuse has occurred. Should it be deemed to be deliberate misuse then no repair or replacement will be offered.

A replacement of your product is dependent on stock levels. Alternatively, a voucher will be given to you, or a suitable replacement at the same or similar value will be offered.

To process your defective exchange quickly all returns must be pre-approved. Please call, chat, or email me for your Return Authorisation. 

When sending your product back, please make sure it has been thoroughly cleaned for health and safety reasons. I reserve the right to return your product back to you if it appears to have been used extensively, older, and/or not cleaned properly.

In the event that your product is found to be working correctly, I’ll send it back to you.
